      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello guys and thank you for your time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am facing 2 issues with my Sony wh-h900n.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have purchased them from a Chinese website (Joybuy) and due to that fact the feedback language is set to Chinese.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have read that an update might solve that but unfortunately no updates are shown on the app and the version is on 1.0.5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything I can do to solve this issue? Thanks ahead for your help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Michael&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried factory reset by clicking the Power button and NC/Ambient button for about 7 seconds (4 blue blinks).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The feedback language is still Chinese and I do not see any update on the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your attention.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
