WF-1000 XM4 keeps disconeecting randomly and sensors don't work

At random times the earpieces (usually the right one) disconnects while the music keeps playing on the other earpiece and the touch sensor doesn't work.

I have tried initializing and resetting but the problem still remains.

They have the 1.4.2 software and they have over 90% battery when used.
