WALKMAN 8.3.A.0.2 update

I just got the 8.3.A.0.2 update for WALKMAN along with 6.0.A.0.26 update for Album, I'm alright with Album, but WALKMAN has completely failed on me, the shortcut feature is such a good feature, allowing me to access desired songs/albums straight from Home, but now it's removed in this update, I find it extremely upsetting, and it's quite annoying instead it is replaced by songs and albums that I don't want it to appear on the Home page.

The background changes from the the smooth striped surface which gave off a skeuomorphic tone to it, which we all got used to, into those flowing 3D things that distracts me reading the screen.

The only thing I liked about this update is the ability to access ClearAudio+ more quicker but I'd rather would perfered having Surround sound opitions as well since that I change it way more than enabling/disabling ClearAudio+.

Even though that, this update is a huge turn down of WALKMAN for me, and I wish I can go back to 8.1.A.0.3 update if possible, does anyone know how?

Settings > apps > all > walkman > uninstall updates then

check at the XDA forum or xperiablog.net for the previous apk and side load the app

Thanks, but what is side loading the app, I'm trying to install the updates, but it's giving me the "Application not installed" error.

sideload an app means that you will download the apk file then transfer to your phone and installing it with a filemanager app, such as OI file manager, astro file manager, etc.

Do you have enough internal storage?

Thanks a lot, it actually worked, even though it gave me the error, I am now on 8.1.A.0.6
