Hi,

I need help to remove an application from my phone..

When i installed kingroot, i couldn't update android. ..

I need help to remove that bad app ..

And i also want to know the nearest official support to fix my phone. .

My address is : 2 Mahmoud fahmey el meemary ,cairo,Egypt..

This app is used to "root" your phone, so removing it means "unrooting" the phone too. As it's a 3rd party app and not developed by Sony, you should search on Google on how to "Unroot kingroot".

For the second part of the question, contact your Local support to check the nearest repair center to your location.
