It sounds like your phone is half way towards being completely destroyed if I'm honest.

Vaseline is petroleum based so in its liquid form, is able to penetrate waterproof seals, adding a cleaning fluid is also bad, these are often also able to penetrate the seals, finally, steam will definitely get through the seals and add to the currently building up issues.

Now what I would've done is placed the phone standing upright on a paper towel and warmed the phone with a hairdryer, not hot, but warm.

This liquifies the baseline and gravity and the towel will take care of the rest.

However.. due to the amount of stuff now added to the mix, doing this now might actually make your display fall off due to many cleaners being solvents

My baby put vaseline on microphone then I can't talk with any one. i tried to repair it by putting my phone on plate with cleaning fluid then hold it on water vapour. Then the screen become blue spots also and still can't talk because of microphone deadlocked.

Hi @Maysuzy, I am very sorry to hear about that.

Unfortunately, I'm afraid that it would be best to have your device sent in to an authorized service center so that a technician may examine it for you. In order to have it sent to service, I recommend getting in touch with your Local support as they are well informed with your local service routines, consumer laws and warranty terms, and will be able to assist you.
