Xperia 5 shutdown

Phone brand new , switched on and of course he did upgrade to the latest Android. Basically it have nothing install on it apart from a game. Suddenly browsing the message with overheating appeared and he switched off.the phone was not even warm.

After this I installed antutu benchmark and run some test. The CPU was show 60 Celsius and did not switch off. I also did the the GPU test and the phone was ok.

Later again by just stay on idle again he shutdown.

Now i want a direct answer from Sony....return the phone? Getting a replacement or a different phone?

First try:Reboot in safe mode

push power, tap and hold restart-> option safe mode

In safe mode only preinstalled apps will run.

Second try: factory reset and without games
