      <description>&lt;P&gt;And see if the charging led is on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not there is a possibility that the USB port of the device is broken.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Crosstesting with another device and 2 different cables will reveil what is the matter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried regular troubleshooting :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Test different charger and/or cable on X.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same charger and/or cable on another phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cables can be really sensible sometimes, so might target that as your prime suspect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try installing Ampere app from play store and check actual values, might help to narrow it down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last but not least, check if your micro usb port is free from any debris that can get suchs in regular phone usage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
