Mobile Data connection Sony Xperia X Compact

My Sony Xperia x compact isn't able to switch on the mobile data connection. The sim works properly. I can't surf on internet, except using Wi-Fi. I don't know what to do. The phone is new. Can someone help me, or I just have to change it? Thank you.

Goto tour providers' website

Goto settings help

Find your phone

An SMS will be sent to your phone with the proper settings.

If that has been done already and still you cannot get pictures on mobile connection then goto settings on your phone and for the search for data.

Find mobile data and switch it on.

The mobile data does not work on my 1 year old Xperia X Compact. I can only get on the internet with Wifi. I am sure, of course, my settings are right. The simcard works properly on the old phone.

What is wrong?
