That's great news that Tomayer I have been in touch with the Xperia care team, I got a quick response but they weren't any help just gave me the info I already had ie turn the phone off and on, uninstall and re-install the app which you can't do or reset the phone. Not done that yet as it can be a bit risky with data etc I've only been getting this problem since the update to Android 8 so surely the fault lies there Tomayer have you only been having this issue since the update ?
