If so when did it stop working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would recommend that you perform a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt; to see if there is anything software related causing this behavior.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is no change this is most likely related to your devices hardware and the device will need to be sent in to a authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I think&amp;nbsp; it is not a software problem because I already restet my phone and also starte it in safe mode. But the Finger printer des not work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In this case you should get in contact with your &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-2"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt; team for assistance with how to have your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
