Yesterday my xperia x lost it charge in 2 hours, also the battery heats. I have problems to charge it because it didnt recognize the usb port. Please help

If this happened after an update it is usually best to jump straight to the software repair using Xperia Companion to reinstall the updates.

Good luck. My battery failed after the last update. First the battery started dropping like crazy -- from full charge to sudden death in like 20 minutes. Then it stopped charging at all. Sony suggested that I had dropped the phone, gotten it wet, or any number of things that could be my fault. This is super common with the xperia. They eventually allowed me to return my 4 month old phone (they did not send a refurbished phone or offer a loaner phone) and kept it for 5 WEEKS while they repaired it. I just got it back so we'll see how solid the repair was.
