Hello I wanna to now that that phone screen is good what the outer glass break so is there possible to change only the lcd glass of Xperia x

I'm sorry to hear this.

I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with how to have your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair. I'm afraid it's hard to answer what needs to be replace on your device before a service center have had a change to examine your device to determine the extent of its damages.
