You can't completely disable the screen timeout, because this will make your screen on all the time and will kill your battery life.

However, you can increase the time of inactivity before the screen timeouts. Go to Settings -> Display -> Sleep -> Choose any period up to 30 minutes.

Thank you for that. I have just looked and it's set to 30 minutes but when I on live chat it switches off within 5 minutes
