Do you mean it's taking a day to boot up?

If so, dues this happen in safe mode?

If yes, then it's a back up (if possible), reset and repair via Xperia Companion.

Failing that - off to a Sony Service centre.

Seems charging related.

Try different charger, cable and combos of the two, cleaning usb port, checking up usb port, software repair.

This is the order in which I would approach the problem at least.
