    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your assistance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i was using an original Sony charger and latest software&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;looks like image retention but looks sporadic&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we will see what Ee engineers have to say as not acceptable for battery to die after less than 12 months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Least pie update may arrive by the time I get my phone back&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;last Sony phone I'm ever having&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No software updates for my xz1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Screem burn in and now phone refuses to charge&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gone back to EE for repair less than 12 months old&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Poor quality phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No wonder Sony are loosing lots of money&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My next phone won't be a Sony&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Terrible phones&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Screen burn in is not possible on Xperia Xz1 since it has an LCD. You might, however, be experiencing image retention. Try loading some images of different colors at maximum brightness.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure you use a Sony certified charging adaptor for Xperia Xz1 along with the cable while charging. Remove any phone case before charging to avoid overheating. Lastly, make sure your software is updated to the latest version.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
