My sony Xperia xz2 does not want to charge while the charger works with other phones, but it detects my headphones that are placed in the same place as the charger.

Do you think it's the fact of not having updated for quite some time?

My phone has been updated, but I am having this same problem since yesterday. I have tried multiple chargers, all of which work on other devices, but my phone will not charge.

I would suggest firstly trying a different charger to rule out the charger.

Then I'd like you to press and hold volume up and power until you feel 3 vibrations then try turning on.

Plug in charger for an hour and see if any difference.

If it still fails to charge after leaving it plugged in fir an hour. You may need to contact your Local support for a device evaluation.
