Internet Connection Problem

I have been using Z5 since October 2015. Phone worked good untill I started using 2nd sim card. I get small can not connect massage every now and then when I try to open a story from facebook or other apps. Whats app also doesnt send or recieve msgs frequently. Same happens when wi fi is used. Please help.

try to reconnect with your wifi on safe mode

are you APN settings configured properly? do you have a good signal >

I think may be you have a problem with APN

you said that you put 2nd SIM

the wifi is not depand on sim

please check your definiation

if notthing is not working even Safe Mode, try to reset to factory default ! (make abackup before)
