error while retrieving information from server. DF-DLA-15

Needed to update my "Whatsapp". After I got the msg, I did all suggested in the trouble shooting, including clearing the cache of the "Google Store" & "Google service". I tried to re-install the "Whatsapp" as well but now I ended up with no "Whatsapp" and no option to download other apps... Please advise on how to retrieve the "Whatsapp"

You have to clear the play store app data

Thanks but tried - cleared data, clreaed chache, unistalled update
Still same results

Make sure you also clear the data from the Google Framework application to.

Thanks but - When I also clearing cache from the framework, I get the following error when opening the play store: Error while retrieving information from server RH-01
