Unwanted software update Sony Xperia M4 Aqua

Hi, my cellphone turns itself of three or four times a day and turns itself on again sying "android will be updated". The setting is - of course - automatic system update off. That is really very annoying!! Some settings of apps will change during the update as well.

Help?!

That's rather odd, repair the phone with XC and report back.

Thanks! Unfortunately, Xperia Companion does not connect to the phone. I tried it several times 😞

Any other ideas?
