dual Sims not working

Hi now there is a new problem occurred... Till now i was using only one sim in my mobile ie idea... But now i have started using bsnl also.. For few days it worked well but now when i insert both Sims either bsnl doesn't work or idea. sometimes both sim networks are blanked out... Now also i m not able to use both Sims... I have to take another mobile with me in order to have 2 Sims at a time... Now what to do with this problem... I m switching Sims all the time to use Internet or balance.... Some people are telling me that i will have to format my mobile in order to finish this problem... Now what to do i m confused....? Plz help me asap

try to boot in safe mode? does it work>

try to change your network settings, settings>more>mobile network>network type

if still it doesn't work try software repair using Xperia Companion

No i have done both things... But this is not working
I am sick of this mobile... And also i gave my mobile to service center.. They just updated my software and told me everything is OK now
But when i reached home.. Network was displaying full bars bit when i Called anyone it showed that u don't have any mobile network... And then network bars also got emptied...
Now service center guys are saying that u will have to give ur mobile for one month and we will send it to other city... And my warranty is going to end on 15 august... They are saying that they will charge me after warranty period gets over
That means my mobile is not in warranty period now
Only one option is left with me now.... I'll have to sell this mobile... It's so annoying 😔 😔
