I dont know what's the matter with my screen There is part of the screen that doesent work when you touch nothing can be done can you pleasehel? Is it possibleto fix the screen? Im affraid that it had receid a shock

Check if the screen has hairline cracks

also, settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the touchscreen.

If there's a crack then you will have to replace the screen, you could contact your Local support or DIY which will be cheaper but it will void the warranty
