Evening bought my phone on the 22nd of December but it sometimes switches off even when the battery is not low and i cant switch it back on unless i put on a charger.

And I've been trying to log in on my foreverliving.com it says i entered wrong pin but when i log in with other phones it does go.through. Please help....

Regarding your first issue, what version of Android are you on at the moment?

You can check this by going into Settings>About phone(at the bottom)<Android version. This could give us some clues.
