    <description>&lt;P&gt;i see, can you connect it to the pc? if it can be detected you can perform a software repair using PC companion or Xperia Companion&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone my name's Toks and i live in Dubai. My first ever mobile was an Ericsson with an antenba in the 90s. My current phone is a Sony Xperia Z3 dual. I've had no problems with my phone until the last 7 days where I've had issues with the power button not responding and the screen being inactive unless I have an incoming call or I connect the phone to a charger.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks for responding nolramlb; not sure how that'll work as the phone isn't powering on. Is there an application I can download and use on a laptop?</description>
