Screen Cracked (just 3days)

hello to you !
It's been just 3 days i've bought this device,Basically all the gadets in our family are Sony.
My new phone has been heating up since the start,yesterday due to some pressure the screen cracked at the top ear speaker!
How Could a 20k phone crack it's screen with little pressures applied,won't small pressures get applied to the phones?
Customer care near my store says it can't do anything ! Should I suffer the loss for buying the product blindly ?

I'm sorry to hear that but you should contact your Local support to get your device inspected. Perhaps you dropped the phone or sat on it or hit it while on your pocket.
