    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi all,just got this phone for xmas,got a 4g multi sim on EE checked my phone network its on 4g,only have 2 bars? but cant use my data only wifi,do igo down to 3g?? i live in me10 3al of kent not sure if this would be an area problem,thanks p&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When it comes to network coverage you will generally need to contact your carrier for assistance.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Double check that the APNs in your phone are correct by going to Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Internet Settings. This will automatically download the APNs for your phone.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You can try dropping it down to 3G by going to Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Mobile Networks &amp;gt; Preferred Network Type, and see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If none of this helps, make contact with your network provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
