experia c4 connection problem??

hi all,just got this phone for xmas,got a 4g multi sim on EE checked my phone network its on 4g,only have 2 bars? but cant use my data only wifi,do igo down to 3g?? i live in me10 3al of kent not sure if this would be an area problem,thanks p

Hi @phillydog,

Welcome to the community.

When it comes to network coverage you will generally need to contact your carrier for assistance.

Double check that the APNs in your phone are correct by going to Settings > More > Internet Settings. This will automatically download the APNs for your phone.

You can try dropping it down to 3G by going to Settings > More > Mobile Networks > Preferred Network Type, and see if that helps.

If none of this helps, make contact with your network provider.
