topic Notification LED issue in XPERIA archive

I have an issue with my notification LED, first of all it works, all of the colors are displayed, and everything, the only issue I have is that it is always turned on in a red color, all the time, it just changes to show other notification colors, so even if my battery is 100% the red LED will be turned on.

If y try tu remember, I think this started since one time that I put the phone on the water, and then after having waited for it to dry I put it to charge, and since then the LED hasn't turned off. I tried restarting several times and even did a factory reset. help pls!

Hi @f_made99,

Welcome to the community.

Just to confirm, you don't have any apps that control your LEDs installed on your phone?

Can you please test your phone in safe mode and see if the issue persists?

It sounds like it could be a physical issue based on the fact that this happened after it was exposed to water. You may have to contact your local support team to arrange a repair, but before doing that, try a software repair.
