Can't get Bluetooth to function properly

Hi guys, my Z3 is able to connect to my W10 PC through Bluetooth (or so the properties page on my PC says) but I can't get any Bluetooth functions to work besides sending/receiving files. Ultimately, I'm trying to be able to use my PC as the "bluetooth headset" for my phone, so that I do not have to take off my headphones to answer calls to my mobile.

Are you using any particular program on your PC?

I'm not using any program with my Blluetooth, no. But my old phone, the LG Optimus F5, natively could connect to my PC through bluetooth without 3rd party software, after which I was able to use my PC to control my phone, make phone calls, and use the phone as an audio source. Is a similar thing possible with the Z3?

To be honest I haven't test it myself, I'll give it a go, you can also contact your Local support
