My Xperia Ray won't turn on

HELP!!! My Xperia Ray won't turn on, i tried anything but it still dead. I tried to take the battery, waited for 2 or 5 minutes and press the power button and the volume but it still dead and no sign of the LED. I tried to take the battery, waited for 2 or 5 minutes and charges it but still dead. Before it dies, the battery were 1% and when i tried to charge, it dies and no sign of LED until now. I have it since February 2012, already update it. Same thing happened in April but it turn on and i already bought new battery for it in 2015. Does anyone know how to repair it, pls tell me??

Please don't say i have to take it to service center, since the staff is rude, so if i have to take it to service center, that's not gonna happen.

Leave it charging for an hour, this may kick-start the charging when fully depleted.
If that fails to work, it may be a case of buying a new battery to try.
