Last night, im charging my m4 aqua dual then green led light appear even not 90% battery. So i restart my phone and then im lost my sim 2 slot. Sim 2 slot cant be read and i also cant use mobile data. Restart and restart after that try go save move still same problem. The last way i can do is do factory reset. I do it 3 time but unfortunately it is simply futile. So anyone have any idea what can i do now ? I need this phone for daily work. Important for me.
