Xperia Z5, can only connect to pc when in developers mode with debugging on. But it will still not show in My Computer or PC Companion.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled PC Companion but still nothing. Had a look in the Device Manager but no sign of the phone in any way?

Maybe someone has an idea what to do?

Hi @Ontje,

If you are familiar with Windows Device Manager you could check if you can see any device where the drivers has not been installed correctly. You could then try uninstalling the device drivers. If you disconnect and reconnect your phone after doing this Windows should attempt to install drivers again.

Hi,
Yes I've tried that too, even deleted them and restarted the pc but that didn't do the trick either.

In that case I'd suggest that you try connecting your phone to another PC if that is possible for you to try. That way you can verify if this has something to do with your phone.
