2nd SIM 4G Service problem

Hi,
Recently I got my new Xperia C4 Dual mobile. I have tried to use first SIM for making or receiving calls, but second SIM for Internet access, 4G preferly. I set first SIM on GSM and second one on LTE /WCDM/GSM, but second SIM couldn't work properly, there is no signal in most of places . For solving problem I did following :
1- refered to SIM operator and considered issues, however they couldn't detect any problem.
2 - I tried other 4G SIM operator, again problem appered.
3 - I checked 4G SIM in other mobiles, an Apple and a Xperia Z5 Dual, both worked PERFECTLY all location without any problem!
4-tried to fix the service in networks section with Manual option , the phone detects proper Signal, but in a few locations! Other places NO signal.
5- I changed the Network to Automatic status, but phone could find proper signal only in rare locations, other places it uses other operator services as Roaming!!! Even with roaming switch off!!!
My phone is updated, however I think there is a problem in main OS,
Please help me

If you updated your phone since the purchase, did you factory reset your phone after the update ? Although I'm not 100% sure, but in many cases, it'll help. Mine works better, smoother, with better battery life.

have you checked if there is a strong lte/4g covereage in your area? or just hotspots of 4G?

try to set your network type to 4g/LTE only.

or 4G./WCDMA

restart your device

Yes I upfated the mobile and after factory rested for solving problem, but it didn't work and problem again appeared.

Hi,
In my location there is coverage of 4G because others are getting it perfectly.
In the Network setting section, there is no LTE only or LTE /WCDM only, options. However the mobil Must change from LTE to WCDM or even GSM automatically, depends on how and what coverage provides by SIM operator.

Hi,

I tried to fix problem by Re-Updating my mobile by Repair accessory of Sony Companion software.But it didn't work!

There is good network coverage in my location,phone tries to register on 4G or 3G network but It can't while others get and use 4G network and Internet perfectly.Also,I again checked all setting according to official guidlines everything is proper.

I really confused please somebody from Sony Team HELP me.
