      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i think u hav very much familiar with sony product, my problm was .....recently i hav purchased sony c5ultra dual, wen i kept my phone at any surface touch screen is nt working until and unless i hold it thru my hand then only it works properly ?????can u help in this issue pls&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can check by typing &amp;nbsp;*#*#7378423#*#* and see the ID of the panel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems innolux have better sensitivity but Sony Customer Service stated only have panels of Truly..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mine sent to warranty to change the LCD and still waiting (nearly a month).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I too have the same problem. Another problem is that sometimes the touchscreen operates properly only if I use my thumb. If I use my fingers then the phone is not able to detect the touch properly and then starts misbehaving. Phone automatically opens an application on which I have never tapped.</description>
