charge notification

in my phone .. when battery is low .... red flash led doesn't work ... and after full charging there is no notification sound of full battery .. why ???

@AbdelrahmanHamoda Accesibility has an option to play sound when battery is full. Also, under 15% it should blink red.

@AbdelrahmanHamoda There is a 3rd party app that takes use of the led in this case as it should blink. Check if the same occurs in safe mode.

@AbdelrahmanHamoda does the red colour work? Dial *#*#7378423#*#* - service tests - LED/illumination. Normally, it should turn green, blue, red.

Keep us updated. If that fails too and the LED is still not working, you need to perform a software repair using PC Companion.

It doesn't work.. Although my device performance is very good.. But I noticed that the battery warning and sound (when it reaches 15%) no longer happen...

This is how to perform a software repair using PC Companion. It's not the same as a factory reset.
