I just Broken the screen of my Z5 and the screen is dead. it is visible but not working. The USB debugging is off, so is there any way I can see the sms and calls while the screen is broken?

You can use a MHL adapter to connect your phone and also a USB OTG cable with a mouse to control the phone.

I'm sorry to hear that.

As Phy suggested you can use an OTG cable to connect a USB mouse to your phone. That way you can use the mouse to operate the phone, the same way you use it on a PC. For this to work you need to have the OTG cable and mouse connected to the phone when you power it on.

Water proof after replacing the screen?

Like if I sent it back to Sony to replace the screen(Broken Screen) then how about the water proof? Is it still workable?

@cxmuja Our authorised service centers make sure that the phone meets the requirements for the IP classification after a repair before sending it back.
