      <description>had problems with clear audio, fix it with the pc companion , but now I stopped working the speaker , fix it with pc companion and still not working, but when I turn off the cell phone and ennciedo works for a few minutes and stops working, try to repair it 5 times but the companion pc</description>

      <description>@GianniF&lt;BR /&gt;To enter safe mode is very simple once you know how. Press and hold the power button until you get the options to Power Off, Restart.... When that menu shows up, press and hold Power Off for about a second. It will than say "Do You Want To Reboot Into Safe Mode?" Click "Yes" and then the phone will restart into Safe Mode.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem here. When i get soundfrom the speaker, it sonds like it's broken, but most of the time i get nothing.&lt;BR /&gt;Did the repair, safemode and factory reset, but the problem is still there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your observations about the volum is correct.. did not think about it untill i read your post.&lt;BR /&gt;Had sound after the repair and the factory reset but only for a bit.&lt;BR /&gt;Wierd thing is after repair the start up sound (sony bootup tune) was perfect and no &lt;SPAN class="short_text"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;disturbances, but as soon as i do the diagnostics test or any other thing that uses the bottom speaker, the problem is back.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My speaker is really quite and does not work half the time I jad the phone replaced last week due to broken screen and this is a new one and the speaker does not work I have tried all the stuff that everyone have suggested and still the same it is no good for some one with hearing problems so looks like I am going have to buy a new phone that is not phone that is not Sony as I have been in every day since getting my phone back and they do not care they said I have broken it myself when they was other people in the shop for same problem Sony was really good phone to have now they are one of the worst as don't seem to want to fix problems with phone if you do not have to pay for them</description>
