My friend has a z2 and he forgot the pattern lock and he also forgot the Google account that installed on the z2
How to unlock the phone he has its box and the Sony agent in Egypt doesn't have any branches close to me only on Cairo it's far away from me
Is there any way to hard reset it or I have to go to the Sony agent company
