PCC Server not accessible

connect Z4 tablet to PC but PCC is unable to connect to the server.

Z3+ also unable to access

But my Z3 tablet is ok

Is it my PC problem or 251 kill server connection (both z4 and z3+ running 251) ?

I have same problem, my OS is microsoft windows 8 professional. How to resolve this issue because if android 6 release for xperia Z3+ we can't update directly via PC Companion

I am not sure if the OS version matters?

Anyway, I have the same problem and I am running Windows 10 64bit.

I used a windows 10 computer and a windows XP computer. Both reported no server.

I have the same - been running windows 10 for about 6 weeks.

Z3+ always says 'Server not accessible' but Z2 tablet is fine. It's been like that I think since before the Win 10 upgrade but finally decided to look at it as my daughters devices all update last couple of days and I don't know if my Z3+ is due an update.

Any answers yet??

I can confirm this issue on 4 different devices in different networks. Windows 7 Desktop PC, 2 Windows 10 Notebooks and also a Windows 10 Desktop. Seems a bigger problem?

PC Companion can't connect to internet

Before you say anything, I've added the software to my Firewall exception list. Didn't work. I disabled my firewall. Didn't work. I searched the forums and found a solution, but it's not one relavent to or even workable in Windows 10.

So...?

Same issue here, cannot update to latest version. Tested PC Companion software on PC and Bridge for MAC with same result.

I have a LTE version Z4 tablet (SGP 771) and pc companion can't connect to server since I bought it. I have L36H, Z2,Z3, Z5 premium,tablet Z and tablet Z3 compact and they are all accessible when connect to pc companion. I have tried windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and even mac, and it's just not working. last night I even factory reset the tablet but still says "server not avalible" when trying to get updated.

Still "Server not accessible", actually it happened since last 251 update.

My Z4 was updated by PCC to 251 on AUG28, after that day... never get success to connect and check firmware udpate.

Perhaps the servers are temporary down, you could contact your Local support regarding this.

Cool. Pity I'm in the UK - although the Sony UK site states 260 is available - Xperifrm shows that only a few countries like the UK haven't got it yet. Probably UK will get it last.

Still doesn't explain why PCC isn't playing ball with the Z4 tablet.

After updated to 260, it can be access the update server now thru PCC on desktop.

So I can say the 251 firmware screwed up everything not just touch screen problem.

Sony, pls well test the firmware before release, or respone faster if someone report the problem.

251 on AUG28

260 on NOV18
