have a sony xperia t, purchased in Orlando. Suddenly the phone stopped working, not charging and not connecting. when I press the Power Button along with the increased volume, lit red in the upper right corner. Already tried connecting via usb and charger, but not sinalde life of the appliance.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you disconnect the phone from any kind of power source, hold the ON/OFF button + volume up(+) for 10 seconds. Without trying to power on the phone, connect it to the charger via wall socket and let it charge for 1-2 hours. If the battery is completely flat, it will take a longer time before the phone indicates charging and/or powers on.

already tried that, but nothing happens. to load even when I put the light comes on ......
