&lt;P&gt;Just as suggested above you should try to charge the phone using another charger. Also try to press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the device vibrates. You could also try to press and hold the off button behind the SIM card cover:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. Try to connect the phone via the USB cable to a computer and see if it is charging. If it is, your charger might be broken and you need a new one. Or the cable is broken so it won't work with the computer either. Try different options like a different charger and different cables until you get a result. If nothing works, the phone might be damaged so you need o send it to a repair service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good Luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Same problem here with Sony Xperia Z3 compact.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I found that switching off the phone, and then charging it while off, got the phone fully charged.</description>
