rear camera freezes

Just bought my Xperia z2 yesterday and updated everything. My rear camera still freezes and won't take any photos. I had to force it to stop. Front camera is working well. Please help. Thanks.

Well I have had the same problem with video recording and it was caused by the anti-virus that had been pre-installed (McAfee). Once I removed the software the camera worked perfectly.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Please try this: Main Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Camera > Clear Data.

Clear camera cache doesn't solve the problem. Any other solution, please?

I'm using Xperia Z2 d6543 with Android 5.1.1
