xperia P freezs and not working

For the second time, my Xperia P freezed and doesn't work. It doesn't respond to pressing on the OFF button or on any other button.

It could be an app acting up, perhaps an antivirus app, ram app, taskiller, task manager, etc.

You could repair your phone

well if the problem was caused by an app it will happen again, its hard to tell which app cause this

s update the software with factory data reset !! back up your contacts, msgs and your fav apps before updateing ..

PC companion cannot detect my Xperia P. I keeps searching for devices then finds nothing!

Uninstall > reinstall PCC > restart your PC > disable your firewall and antivirus > run PCC
