      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i don't like smartphones, so i bought a K850i.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have the firmware &lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; background-color: #f1f1f1;"&gt;R1CA037 and i want to update to the newest version &lt;SPAN style="color: #000000; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif; background-color: #f1f1f1;"&gt;R1FA035&lt;/SPAN&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;When i start SEUS or Sony Pc Companion and try to update, i get the message that i already have the newest version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What can i do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mazooka&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;there isn't any other way around, you could contact your local Sony service center, but since you have the latest firmware there isn't anything they can do for you, perhaps the other firmware its for a different country or carrier/network. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
