Wi-Fi does not shut off

To disconnect from wi-fi network I need to reboot my phone every time. Even if I am out of range of access point it shows "connected', but does not react.

Hard reset (without formatting memory) did not help.

Did anyone have this? How to fix?

Firstly have you tried running Sony Update Service. It will delete everything in your memory though so backup.
