Fast Dormancy Enable/Disable

Is there any possibility to disable Fast Dormancy on not rooted Xperia phone. It is enabled by default, but if your provider does not support that option it is waste of battery power, so it is better to be disabled, but how?

In samsung models there is Service Menu showing Fast Dormancy state, and there is an app on play store to disable it, but how to manage that on Xperia phones?

It's not possible to disable this as default.

Thank you for your reply.

As some users stated that after disabling Fast Dormancy (presuming that mobile operator do not have this feature), battery consumption is less, I will wait for the latest waiting firmware to update the phone and after that to root the phone. After that I will delete fast dormancy service and have more battery power I hope.
