U am using Speria Pro MK16i? I want to use 16gb microsdHC memory card in this smartphone? Is it possible?

Another question is I want to change the screen protector pre installed which has lot of bubbles on it. Can I do it? Please let me know soon as I am willing to order these in this month?

yes and yes, there are some brands that aren't compatible but for the most part most of the work.

yes you can replace the pre-installed screen protector but you have to be quiet careful

What about other screen protectors? Can you suggest please as there are only few what about the Vikuiti, Nilkin,Skinomi and Saviies?
