Hy, i broke the screen of x10,how do esport all data ? TTOUCH is not working,the screen is black but the phone is turned on,Pc companion can not connect,can anyone help ?

ok, you have to replace the touchscreen/digitizer and the LCD, you could take it to a Sony repair center or repair it yourself, the later its a LOT cheaper and its not that complicated, trust me, I've replaced the digitizer on my old X10

ok very thanks for help (from italy ).

But soon i will have a new xperia,my problem is to recover the data (contact and image ) from x10 broken,without addressing cost of repair (after retrieving all data x10 scrap )

you can use PC Companion to get all your contacts, if you already synced with google then on your computer access your gmail > contacts

as for your pictures, music, videos they should be stored on your SD card.

hy, i connect x10 via usb, pc companion detcts phone,but for connect x10 with pc via companion x10 requires press " connect phone " into Ttouch but Ttouch is k.o with screen

I don't have my X10 with me at this instant but

remove the SD card > then connect your phone to your PC

i have internet on pc tablet and tv ..............but i don't have internet and then gmail into phone,i had never thought about having this problem (screen k.o. ) with a phone,i'm very stupid !

you could try something else but you need a pc or you could try and see if it work with your tablet

go to

play.google.com > sign in > look for my phone explorer, install my phone explorer on your tablet/pc

its a long shot but it might work
