Volume Too Low

Mi m5 sometimes has a very low volume. i'm in the bus and i hear the people talking like 5 feets away while i'm listening to music in max level with sony headphones. This happens on spotify and the music app too. What´s happening here?

The thing is sometimes it hears fine, at a considerable loud volume, but it changes randomly, not in the middle of a track but from a day to another.

Any help?

check the equalizer settings and report back.

i got the "clearaudio+" option enabled. The thing is sometimes it sounds ok. at first i thought it was a spotify or a specific track problem but it doesn´t, i tested it with another sources and it´s the same. Somedays the audio is at acceptable levels and sometimes it just dont turn up!
