I'd recommend that you start with holding down the power button and volume up button at the same time for 10 seconds. This will force the phone to shut down and you will receive 3 short vibrations > power the phone on again with the power button.

If there is no change, open up the cover for the SD card and use the tip of a pen or a similar object > press and hold the OFF button for 10 seconds, you will receive a couple of vibrations now as well > power on the device with the power button.

Hi

A few days ago my Xperia M4 Aqua Duel froze for a while.. worked a few nightshift hours.. but the next morning went on a full blown slow strike.. Any attempt to try and reason with it (or its workers union) resulted in it displaying a very disrespectful and almost discustingly rasist BLUE SCREEN.

It is not under warranty any longer so I tried the Repair Tool using Companion.. Even this method of gentle persuition was in vain.. Blue screen stays.. please help or I will have to commence with disciplanary action against it.

The solution is 1 of 2:

1. go to sony service center and pay them to replace your phone's main board.

2. throw it in garbage and go for the closet mobile shop near you and buy a new mobile,,,, and that's exactly what I did.
