Problems to remove SD Carda nd Sim Card

Hey, people!

I'm from Brzil and i've just bought my new M4 Aqua Dual. It's working perfectly, but the only complain i have about it is that it's impossible to remove de sd card or the sim card. They don't work like in other phones where you just need to pressfastly and it comes out of the compartment.

Does anyone have this same problem?

The problem is not inserting the card but taking it off the compartment.

To remove the nano SIM card

Detach the nano SIM card slot cover.
Press the nano SIM card inwards until it makes a clicking sound and then release it immediately.
Draw the nano SIM card fully outwards and remove it.
Re-attach the cover.

To remove the memory card

Turn off the device and detach the memory card slot cover.
Press the memory card inwards and then release it immediately.
Draw the memory card fully outwards and remove it.
Remove the memory card from the slot and re-attach the cover.

Instead of turning off the device, you can leave it on and unmount the memory card under Settings by tapping Storage > Unmount SD card.

I'm trying to do this, but the card doesn't make the "click"...it seems to be stuck, I don't know...I'll keep trying to do this or maybe go to the store gain...

Perhaps you inserted the SD card backwards or the incorrect SIM card size.

How long does it take to unmount sd card? Im afraid that if i do the turn off methode it will cause another problem in the future. Seem my device cant unmount the sdcard it took 5 minute or so but its notification that i can remove the sd card didnt show

What I would do is backup everything to a computer and reformat the SD card.

And always buy new sd card? I do click "unmount sd card" but im not see "now you can remove sd card savely" after 5 minutes and that "unmount sd card" is still greyed out

I don't know what's going on with your device, you can contact your Local support and get it inspected, you can also restart the phone and check again.

Have tried several times to take my sd card out of my Sony Xperia M4 Aqua and it seems to be stuck when I first brought the phone second hand from a shop it came with a 62gb memory card I was able to take it our once but it has since then got stuck anyone got any advice about how to sort this issue. I would take it back to the shop I got it from but I had 3 months warranty
