hi please my expria c keeps booting over and over againand never gets to the start menu ,any help?

Hi @charisma, I'm very sorry to hear this.

Could you first try removing the SIM and SD card, if you use one, and see if this still happens? If it does then I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

yea itook the sim card and sd card of but the problem persist,i tried xperia companion it was not able to detect the device

Were you able to power off your phone before attempting the software repair? During the software repair the phone shouldn't be connected to the PC until later in the process.

Xperia Companion will then ask you to connect the device while pressing the volume down (-) key. Is this when your phone isn't detected?
